What if a video fails?
Your credits are returned in full, automatically, and you can see the refund in your credit history.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy stay until you use them.
Do I get anything for inviting a friend?
Your friend starts with 75 credits instead of 50, and you get 50 credits once they have made their first reel.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded under our refund policy. Credits already spent on delivered videos cannot.
